Right below the throttle body, tucked underneath the bracket that holds the intake to the head, reach below the Tb, and you will feel it. Two bolts. Size 10mm i believe.

you can also follow some of your vacuum lines that go behind your intake manifold. but like he said its literally right under the throttle body elbow. you can see it and have better access to it if you remover your upper intercooler piping. if your stock, then the one piece between the BOV and throttle body.
