where does this connection go?

When I've got everything together I can't seem to find any place to connect this one to. Its goes along with the maf connection. Can anybody shed some light on where this is supposed to go?

Did the car have cruise control?

If I'm not mistaken, cruise control for 92s was located on the firewall so the plug wouldn't be there.
That plug however is the plug for the stock boost control solenoid. It should sit on top of the air can.
