Hi guys, so this weekend I changed the intake manifold gasket because it had a huge leak. It honestly took me about 6 hours to do it, it was no walk in the park, believe me. Once I thought everything was hooked up I saw this two prong plug by the isc that isn't connected and I'm not sure were it goes too, and there is also this bracket thing, with like a sensor or something in the back of the manifold that I don't remember where I took it off from either. If you guys have any ideas please let me know, any help is greatly appreciated.

Ok thanks, I'll check into that tomorrow. You wouldn't happen to know where that bracket is hooked up would you, and what goes into that connector? Thanks again

Brian said it's bolted to the block behind the CAS (Cam Angle Sensor). The CAS plugs into it.

Oh my mistake, sorry I miss read that, I thought he was telling me about the plug underneath the intake pipes. Would I need to jack the car up again to get to it or can it be done from the top? I'm only asking because I borrowed the jack from my uncle and i already gave it back.

I did mine with the Intake Mani off, the Down pipe is in the way of getting through from the bottom unless you have small arms and can fit through it! Other wise you could probably get through from the bottom. I don't think you will be able to get it from the top with the Intake Mani on the motor. Gonna have to take the time and put it back on right! Don't want any problems with anything else from changing an intake gasket, wouldn't be worth it. But its bolted right under the Intake Mani to the block

Might give you more practice, but i remember even with the Intake Mani off, its a pain to get that bolt off/on with rachet. Im sure you can do it, take your time and do it right. Everything will work out, its a dsm :)

Ok, so the bracket is for the cas, but what is the other plug for? What does that go into? Anybody have any ideas, it does fit into the bracket, I've already tried it.

Hey guys, so I was playing around with the plug and it did fit, maybe it don't fit over the weekend because I was a bit cranky, I mean 6 hours is a long time, bit a new problem arose. Damn. Mr mods you can close this thread and mark it as resolved. Thank you guys for all your help.
