Should there be an o-ring underneath the nut where the top arrow is pointing?
I've got a leak coming from there that's been that way since I bought the car. There was a lock washer under the nut but i removed it to see if I could put some thread sealant on there to stop the leak but I realize now that lock washer needs to be on there so I put it back after taking the pic.

Is this the line that feeds the power steering pump, or is it the return line?

Do I need an o-ring underneath the line, where the bottom arrow is pointing? I don't think it was leaking there, but I removed the line to check things out and i noticed it's just metal to metal contact right there so i figured its going to start leaking now that i messed with it. Do i need a crush washer there?

It's not really any of the above red arrow locations. That big banjo-like fitting underneath the nut is where the o-rings sit. They sit in grooves on the shaft (with the threads on the end that the nut threads onto). They're accessed by removing that nut and lifting the banjo fitting off. The o-rings seal the top and bottom of that banjo fitting. You'll see how it all works once you lift that fitting off.

Oh yeah I see now, I was afraid to take it apart until I kinda knew what was going on. I was missing an o-ring that sits in a groove under that nut and the other o-rings were on that shaft inside the banjo line thing where they're supposed to be.
