Ok, I'm at a loss. I have had a power steer leak. I thought it was the pump (wanted to rebuild it anyway). That wasn't it. Found out it was the high pressure hose where it goes from rubber to metal. Bought one from O'reilly, replaced it and it leaked at where the hose meets the pump at the banjo fitting. It was leaking like crazy, at the top and bottom of the fitting. So, I went to replace the to O-rings. I took the stud and match the two O-rings as close as I could find. They may have been a little thicker. I put them on and now it slowly leaks at only the top under the washer. Plus, it only seems to leak when I turn the steering wheel. Today I replaced the O-rings again (because I bought them in a 50 pack, haha) just to try and it still leaks. Any ideas on something to try or look at?

Just wanted to say thanks for the reply and give what I found out. I went back and checked everything and the O-rings, especially the top one was to thick. Got the right size on there and it worked perfect.
