Somewhere in, Colorado
My car has been without power steering for a long time now. The problem ended up being a bad seal on the passenger side of the steering rack. Today, I installed the rack from my gsx donor since it was in great shape. The pump sounded like sh!t when I started the engine, but I expected that. When I last delt with this, I rebuilt the pump, which probably doesn't matter now after so long of not running. However, it eventually quieted down after trying to purge all the air. It drives fine, but after shutting the car off, it again pukes fluid out the top. I'm guessing it's still drawing in air from somewhere, but how can I find a leak of its only suckling air in, and not leaking anywhere but the reservoir?

How did you bleed the system to get the air out? Your supposed to cycle the pump by hand a few times to initially fill up system. Then turn the wheels lock to lock 5-6 times. Make sure system stays full. Then with the front wheels off the ground and the injectors unplugged (or some method to disable starting). Then while operating the starter motor intermediatly turn the wheel lock to lock another 5-6 times. Make sure to keep it full. Read more here, for galants but same system and procedure to bleed. Scroll down to 37A9-10.
