1G Power steering shaft leak

I've got a 1994 Eagle Talon TSI I've tried three different brand new power steering pumps from auto zone and within a short amount of time the start puking power steering fluid out of where the shaft enters the pump. Anyone in know what would be causing what ever seal to fail in there? To high of pressure for some reason? Looks like the seal I'm taking about would be number 20 in the diagram. This happens with in less than a hundred miles of driving it.

Are your new pumps coming with new pulleys?

I wouldn't doubt it if your pulley is warped and causing that shaft to vibrate and damage the seal. I had a similar issue a while back.

Yeah they come with new pulleys.

Rebuild it with a new OEM seal kit and it will be fine. OH, you aren't waaay overtightening the belt are you.

No don't think it's from over tightening I've never seen a problem like this with any of my other vehicle's.
