when trans is warm, it wont go in gear

okay everyone, so ive been having transmission problems, like a lot of other people here but theres one thing that weird about mine. When i get in my car and everything is cold, i HAVE to pump the clutch a couple times to get it into gear. after i put it into gear once it will go into the others like butter. but once everything starts to heat up my transmission will not go into gear.

well im about to just start throwing parts at this sob.
It drove it round the block the other day. I don't think i posted it in my previous posts but when ever i down shift i can hear a weird whining noise. almost sounds like the the tob rubbing on the pressure plate fingers but i'm not too sure..
List of parts im going to put into it when the weather starts to get nicer
competition clutch fork-compatible with twin disk
Quarter master twin disk (picked one up for a steal)
pivot ball, because why not?
new oem throw out bearing and clip
full ss clutch line master to slave.
and when im down there i mine as well do the T case recall kit, the T case bearing cover that magnus sells, and all new fluid.
The previous owner already installed new clutch master and all that jazz.
Anyone want to put in some more input if they had the same expirence? if so how did you fix it? and im going to get all of those new parts regardless of what the actual problem is.
