trans wont go into gear completely lost

Hi so I bought a used 91-94 trans for my gvr4. So I deceided to get a spec stage 3+ and there flywheel. Installed the clutch, flywheel, trans, new slave, new clutch master, new stainless line from master to slave, new pivot ball. So after I installed it the car wouldnt go into gear so I adjust the clutch still nothing. So I took it back apart and put a stock flywheel with act 2600 street disk in. I then put it almost back together but checked to see if it would go into gear so I started it with a little fluid in the trans and no axles or transfer case and sweet it goes into every gear. So I put it all back together and check it on the ground and what do u know it doesnt go into gear any more.

p.s. adjusted pedal numerous times bled clutch system with 1 quart (big container) of brake fluid and even attempted to shim the new pivot ball which got me closer to going into gear.

need help asap due to this being my daily.......

Thats what i thought at first but then why would it go into gear with the axles out and then when the axles are in it doesnt?

Perhaps because there is no resistance (to turning) when axles are out. Just a thought to consider - I'm not saying this is definitely your problem.

Do you think I should get a new flywheel then?
