My trans. fluid has foamie like bubbles in it and it has been acting a little wierd when trying to shift please help

Sounds like a good time to change your tranny fluid.

Personally, changing the tranny fluid is something that I consider one of those things that you can't do too many times.

edit: sorry, didn't realize you were automatic. Not sure what fluid that needs, but it definately doesn't hurt to change your tranny fluid too often.

Bubbles? I'd spend the money to have a transmission shop take a look. If that's water from a leak in your radiator's transmission cooler, you may be in time to save it for hundreds instead of thousands.

i am not exactly sure how often, and don't quote me on that. but definitely change it when you feel something fishy when shifting at lower gears. i recently changed mine, it was either old or was leakin. the tranny would catching on later from the time you step on the throttle at lower gears, a delay. if you read my previous thread on "question for transdude" it'll explain it all. i called John and he suggested checking the fluid which i did. flushed it all out and refilled it. it's running happier than ever. :thumb:
