Resolved 2gNT Automatic transmission fluid change?

I’ve been reading everywhere but I can’t seem to find guide on the 420a with an auto transmission. I’m looking to change the fluid filter and gasket as well as differential gasket. I can’t find a drain or fill bolt anywhere and I’ve sat under my car looking for the past 30+ mins. I don’t want to do a job like this wrong. Does anyone have any info on where it would be? My trans has 515-E marked in the bottom if that helps.

You gotta drop the pan to drain the fluid. It usually makes quite a mess.

How do I go about filling it back up after?

There is no drain/fill bolt on my transmission. I’m still trying to learn quite a bit about cars but I do still need some help. Thanks

You fill it thru the dipstick in front of the battery that says "Trans Fluid"

You have to check the level with the car running and warmed up unless the dipstick has 2 level markers one that says cold and one that says hot. Then you can check it when its cold and obviously it should be at the cold mark.

Good time to upgrade your pan to a bigger one!

I always check warm i start by adding 4 quarts then warm car.. go through gears without moving. Then check while in park... youll probably want 6 to 7 quarts on hand.. return anything unopened... mine used 8

Hope this helps. As the guys have said you pour it down the dipstick (#6 in this picture).
