i thought we needed the sweep. he said no its for "ricers". the last one does not have a sweep it lights up blue

a buddy of mine had a 92 tsi awd that made over 450whp and had a plx.. thats why i got mine... it works fantastic... but all are very reputable.. innovate, aem, or plx.. all are awesome...

My lc-1 next to my buddies aem is lightening fast. He seen the lc-1 and asked if it was freaking out and I said no, its just that fast. Wiring isn't that bad...just takes time.

If you're asking if a wide-band can read more than air/fuel ratio, then no they cannot. They are a single purpose gauge.
.

Not all of them ;). My new PLX DM-6 is a "multi-gauge". It can display up to 16 different parameters. But each one would require it's own sensor module (daisy chain configuration) so it would get pretty expensive. I'm using mine for AFR only.

Get the AEM one if you want the analog out to not read even close to what is actually happening. The other brands read good, but none of them control the sensor's heater very well. 'They run them to hot and they burn out prematurely.' - that's coming from an engineer at bosch motorsports.

Care to post a link on the heat issue? Have ran my o2 sensor in the front bung for about 1.5 years with no issue.

I have a Zeitronix ZT-2 and an Innovate LC-1. For the price, the LC-1 is hard to beat. I like how quickly the display updates. My only complaint is having to perform the free air calibration. It's really not a big deal, it's just a pain to remove the sensor, etc.
