Resolved What us the thickness of front case / oil pump gasket for 7-bolt 4G63?

Hi what is the thickness of the oil pump gasket?
Is it 1.mm or 0.5mm

This photo i don’t know if what is the thickness they don’t sell here so i need to make my own gasket

No gasket is used.

Are you talking the gasket between the whole front case and the block or something else? Because there is no gasket on the pump itself.

I imagine he is asking about the pickup tube (that's a random guess too) and that answer is whatever it takes to seal so the oil doesn't airiate.
A quality gasket of any kind is what I use, Felpro, OEM, Rando, make my own, etc.
They're CHEAP. Buy one at the auto parts store.

That would be the gasket for the front cover. Like Marty asked we need to know the specifics of your car. For example there are different parts for 4G63 6 bolt, 7 bolt, 4G64, 4G37 and the 420A engines.

And something tells me you're not really in NYC.

yea im not from NYC im from Philippines my engine is 7bolt 4g63t

1064A040 is the current part number for a 7 bolt 6G63 and while I don't have the gasket based on what I remember from doing a 6 bolt is much closer to 0.5mm than it is to 1mm.
