what should i set safc settings to for 91 gsx?

ya gotta help me! i have a 91 eclipse gsx, 16g turbo, custom 3 inch exhaust, dejon tool air intake, greddy bov with tubes, k&n air filter, rebuilt head , pace setter header, 450cc fuel injectors and stock fuel pump. i keep hitting fuel cut HARD at around 7 psi. ive recently purchased a apexi safc (used). i need to get car on road asap and i dont wanna blow it up! i know i need 550 injectors and an upgraded fuel pump but cash is a liitle lean. any help would be greatly appreciated.
 
Since your still running the stock injectors the settings on the SAFC should be 0.
In the process of tuning you might be able to run a couple of percent negative.

If your hitting fuel cut at 7psi it sounds like you have some major boost leaks.
Find and fix them because the SAFC isn't going to do much for you right now, it will be more useful once you get some larger injectors.

Steve is right on check for boost leaks.

Just to add.. the S-AFC can help trick your ECU into thinking less air is entering the engine by using (-) corrections and delay the onset of fuel cut.. but in order to keep your AFRs in line you need to add more fuel either by increasing the base fuel pressure or adding larger injectors (or both).

Fuel cut is built into the ECU. The only way to remove it completely is via aftermarket EPROM.
 
so basically your telling me i just wasted about $180.00 on an safc that will not correct my problems. i installed it today and car still running like pooh. there are no boost leaks or anything else i can find wrong. i set the safc to see 5% to 12% less air and it still doggin me. forgot to say i hacked air box but not maf. im losin it here. i love this car and all i wanted to do was make it bettter than it ever was. it seems im just breaking it even worse than before. any help is greatly appreciated, believe me.
