Hi, I'm just curious at what kind of MPG (miles per gallon) or how many miles you are getting per full tank?

please list mods and type of driving

I'm currently getting around 210-230 miles per full tank, i fill my tank with exactly 11 gallons of 92 octane. thats what 20 bucks buy in hawaii.

right now i have just an intake, 2.5 dp and 3in full piping catback

car is just used for transportation, once in a while i would just sample it a few times.

I was getting 24-26 with 75% highway with my 2.4.
550cc, safc, stock head/cams, 3" ext, b16g. Now with the cold weather, and moved to town 100% city driving, I get 17-18 mpg. The car hardly ever warms up fully so thats part of it. I need a logger so i can tune it, i'm sure that would help.

WTF, I am doing terrible. I'm getting about 10-12 MPG. :thumbdown After around 88 miles the fule gauge is in the middle.

Mods are:
O2 Dump
MBC set at 15
Intake
Muffler

Whats going on?

I get around 250 miles per tankful, what's bizzare about my car is I actually get WORSE gas mileage on the highway. dunno if all AWD's are like that. The gearing seems horrible for highway driving. My '91 Talon AWd is basically just a work car/daily driver. I ONLY use AWD DSM's as daily drivers (for you goobers who think it isn't a good idea) What's neat is i only drive 10 miles to work and i have other cars. so I can mod the heck out of my Talon (one day I actually might.LOL)

My car is a 1990 AWD Talon, it is stock. Around town i have been getting between 24-26.5 and on the road i have been getting 32.5 so far. In town i shift at 2500 rpm when i take off also make sure my tire pressure is right. I watch the boost/vacuum guage also when i drive and try to stay out of the boost. I am really happy with this car.

With my 6 bolt swap and T04E 57 trim I consistantly log 24 mpg. I have never seen less than 23.5 no matter how hard I drive on a tank, and have reached high 27mpg efficiencies about 5 times.

2G AWD with automatic transmission. Basically stock.

95% freeway mileage (70-80mph) and get 21-22mpg. It does not vary much.

Recently I've been able to get 300-310 miles out of a tank of gas. I've never put less than 11, or been able to put more than 12 gallons in the car. That comes out to around 26 mpg. Not bad. :) Probably 80% freeway driving, the rest cruising around the city or having fun.

If i'm on it all the time though I'll only get 240 miles out of a full tank.

Thats with an evo316g, 650cc injectors, walbro 190, keydiver chip, and some tweaking on the safc.

I get about 22 MPG in the city. I've never driven anything over 25 miles nonstop so I don't know what my HWY is. Recently running 10.3:1 AFR pushing 25 PSI boosting a whole lot I'm seeing about 18 MPG. Mods in profile. This is on 92 BTW.

Once I lean it out to 11-11.5:1 AFR and start taking the timing up I'm hoping to see 22 MPG with all the hard driving I do. I'm also planing on hooking my WB to the ECU and make stoice be 15.1:1 AFR I hope to be able to see 25-28 MPG no boosting in the city.

I used to get 24mpg and around 350miles/ tank if i drove nicely. Now, after using engine restore for 3 consecutive oil changes, i get at least 400 to the tank and on one occasion i got 420. This is mixed highway and street. It feels good to get 29mpg, especialy the way prices are rising these days.

I get on it about 2 or 3 times a day during commuting. My car has 130k on it and plenty of mods. Engine restore works well and stops lifting tick--at least for a while. It then comes back after about 1500 miles.

Someone knows the conversion from gallons to liters?

Thanks
The common formula for US gallons to Litres is US gallons x 3.785 and to convert Litres to US gallons its Litresx 0.264 :talon:

I wanted to know what kind of mileage people are getting in thier DSM's (1g's).

Please post your car and whether its A/T or M/T.

I'm getting about 380km out of 50 litres. (94 ES, A/T).

EDIT: 19 city MPG :( sucks for a n/t.

highway is only 25.. wtf is wrong with my car! (or my driving ;) )

Honestly 95% of the people on here including me use miles/gallon. If you could convert it would help to compare yours to others results.

wow.. is it just me or does elevation play a huge factor in mileage.. the higher elevation posts are definitely worse mileage.

I usually fill up at around 45 litres down and I am usually between 375-400 kms. I am not that far above sea level, maybe less than 500 feet.

9-10mpg average econoshifting 90% of the time.

100% stock, but running rich as a bi*** mainly due to either a bad 02 sensor or injector. trying to solve the issue, but autozone gave me the wrong 02 sensor tonight.

Before i did I/C piping, MBC, and cone air filter. I would get about 23. The other day i got gas had 27 mpg. I kept blowing my i/c piping off and couldnt boost at all. Dont know if its becuz of that. I blew my piping off like everyday and everyone knows how rich that makes your car run. I usually just kept driving if it was on well enough. Im also A/T.
