What do YOU torque your ARP headstuds too?

I've seen people do 90ft/lbs, I've seen 95ft/lbs, I've seen 110ft/lbs.
What do you do?

It depends on the stud diameter (6-bolt and 7-bolt do have different recommended torque values), the lubrication used, and the stud material.

When I ran standard 11mm ARP's, I torqued them to 80 ft/lbs using moly lube.
With my 11mm ARP L19's, I have them torqued to 100 ft/lbs using moly lube.

Ah wtf, I used the moly lube that came with it and did 30/60/90ft lbs. I didn't know anyone used 30w oil and could go higher. I may go 95 or 100lbs to be safe, not sure yet. Btw these are 6bolt studs.

Going higher isn't "being safe". The bolts have a specific yield strength, and should be torqued to a certain percentage of that.

The different values for each type of lubricant is due to how they handle friction between the threads and mating surfaces. The net amount of pressure being exerted by the threads should end up being the same after torquing, theoretically.

Damn you are smart. I will leave them alone then.
