Finished changing the outer and inner tie rods on the driver side of my talon. Changed the oil pan as well. Getting ready to change out the header to a DC sports 421 from stock. Waiting on the mailman to bring it by.

put a little more of the engine bay together today. Oh yeah and i also bought a hx40 today :D

- Blocked off my FIAV for free.
- Capped off ports on the TB.
- Did some wiring to get my S2000 cluster working 100% (Tach wasn't working).
- Started removing stuff so I can pull the IM to replace the IM gasket and knock sensor tomorrow.

Installed my intake manifold and fuel rail/injectors. Also finally got the plug out of my OFH for my new turbo feed; that was a PITA - heat it, hammer it, heat it, hammer it...
 
I bolted the transmission up, put on motor mounts, timed it, dropped the 6bolt swap it in the 2g, plugged the harness up to everything, then cranked it to watch it sputter 8 or 9 times and die. Epic fail
 
(Last night) I installed the front DS splash shield and got the new tires on. Then I changed out the power steering pump. Today all I should have to do is bleed the PS system and fire it up. Hopefully tomorrow I'm driving it in to get inspected for a title.
 
Installed my 550's(on thursday) FINALLY replaced the motor mount brackets to the CORRECT ONES (Finday) and have a SUPER Stripped "nut" in my chassis where the two front bolts for the crossmember bolt up too!!
NOW waiting for new bolts and trying to find a tap bit the right size for this!!
 
Tightened up the PS pump. Removed the jackstands and fired my DSM up. Should be ready to get inspected tomorrow!
 
Installed AFPR,TPS, 2g MAS and upgraded intercooler piping, why does no auto store I live by sell 2.5" Couplers?? next is swapping out my dead FAL fans for some cheap slim line ones and I will be ready to cruise all summer.
 
woke up early to take pops to the v.a. halfway there the alternator went barely got it home, kicked the bumper and the marker light fell out :nono: felt bad so i went and bought her a new alternator did a oil change 1200 miles early and washed n waxed her.:thumb:
 
This morning before I went to work I installed the timing belt and caught h3ll trying to get the timing right. This is all I have left to do before I can install the new engine into my car. This has been one really large headache that just will not go away... Ill just end this with Im typing this while Im at work and my engine is still not ready to be installed. I just cant get the engine timed right. smh:banghead:
 
in prep of picking up the block from the machine shop i decided to clean the tranny up a little before it goes back in. I only got about 1/3rd of the way done before having to leave for work.
