yet another morning spent doing wiring on the car. about another week of wiring and it should be done
 
Took out turbo timer, 99 white turbo cluster and apexi rev speed meter to be sold on classified soon. Redo wiring on boost gauge and pos narrowband.

HOW THE F DID MY DIPSTICK BREAK... THE PLASTIC FROM METAL PART? HONESTLY, I don't know how cheap mitsu made these cars. With my Right hand in the air, swear this is my last mitsu. This is what happens when cars are made in america!
 
tore down a 14B to see if it would be worth rebuilding. found out why it failed, journal bearing busted, snapped the shaft on the exhaust side, banged the hell out of the exhaust wheel, compressor wheel hit the compressor housing and effed that up, so no rebuilding this one i think
 
Pulling the entire engine harness. Admiring the hacked up "wire nut" job some true profesional did. Deleted the POS water/meth injection. And delivered my head to the machine shop :thumb:

I hear that. Lucky for me I like doing electrical work in cars so im good at it but im hacking my entire harness apart right now to fix issues.
 
I jb weld the broken tab inside my side-skirts and reinstall it. :) Looks ugly without a side-skirt. I washed and vaccum my car today. Will install my new intake and ngr bov soon. Yay!
 
Rear passenger suspension is assembled with Ingalls rear UCA's and a JayRacing Toe Eliminator kit.

Going back out to do driver's side. Just waiting on dowels from Fidanza and front/rear brake rotors. Then I can drive her (to BMW to get an alignment)
 
nice day here in CT, around 50 out this afternoon.

- got the snow tires off
- put the evo8 enkeis back on
- installed k-sport coilovers
- adjusted coilovers & dropped car pretty good
- test drove :sneaky: :thumb:
- no problems!!!

worked on the wiring a little more and got some rubber bung plugs for where the wires are coming threw the firewall.
 
Today, installed mishimoto radiator hoses, took out the cat to run open DP.

Recently I got my 3" DP installed and flanges and carvel it can all be taken out easily. New PR radiator, fan and shroud kit. PR FMIC and deleted my a/c. Lowered my battery. New plugs and wires. Installed my prosport evo gauges. Also deleted ABS

A while back, deleted my EVAP and Egr, installed gates tb and water pump. Relocated my coil.
 
Well after trying to Jack up my gsx donor car and the Jack punched through I decided that the great part out begins. The frame is way to far gone to even consider it being useful. Well at least in the rear anyway. So the front seats, carpet, center console, and lower back seat came out tonight.
 
Finished my Galant up for the most part. Still needs catch can installed and a few aesthetics but its up and running again with the new setup...

Boost leak test, finished all wiring finished trunk, going to wetsand and buff. Resintalled door handles an locks, shopped for a new jl amp, tightened up fmic couplers, looking for larger injectors.
 
Pulled the fuel tank, and factory lines. Cut a huge hole in the rear floor and mounted 16 gallon fuelcell. and twin Bosch 044 fuel pumps and Filters. Just got done cutting all the -8 fuel lines and -6 return lines now im just have to install them.
