decided halfway through that polishing the manifold is much longer process than i imagined
 
received my .040 over wiseco's finally. Much love to ectremepsi.com n hung... hope to finish the rebuild this weekend and start logging some data early next week. aem fpr install and lower ic piping fabrication will begin as soon as headstuds are retorqued...
 
Mounted my hx35 and began prepping for a entire gasket job as well as blocking off water lines.
Tomorrow will consist of mounting my VRSF fmic assymbling interior doing a little wire tucking mounting gauges and a dent removal! WEE!
 
Removed good head unit and placed into DD.

Going to remove heat/blower here shortly, remove coolant lines for oil cooler and turbo in prep for air-air oil cooler and HX35.

With my FIAV/ISC removal, no more ugly coolant lines. Yay!
 
walked into the neighbors garage, stared at it, got somehting out of the glovebox and walked away

(blew a weld on the intercooler so its sitting in time out till i get a new one)
 
Got the car back together. Did every gasket from turbo to intake manifold and exhaust manifold to O2 housing.

What pissed me off is I spent hours grinding the turbine housing to eliminate boost creep and it's still there!!!!!
 
Decided to get rid of it again. :sosad: Probably change my mind again next week though. :thumb:
 
Tuned my Gsx at 18 psi:thumb: Cant wait until the rest of my parts come in... looking to bump it up to 24:rolleyes:
