Repaired radiator that was leaking from where the slim fan center meets the core. Removed TCU (that was a bi***) connected that mysterious o2 sensor to proper connector. Found a couple more wires I have no idea what they are for. Will spend rest of night re installing interior and running wires.
 
well today i removed the top end of my motor:hellyeah: striped it cleaned it painted it and sent the head off to be rebuilt ported and polised:thumb:
 
Sent an email to tiago, wondering what the deal is with the fmic i ordered on the 1st... yet again. Hopefully this time it doesnt take 3 weeks for them to ship my product... should have spent another 300$ and gotten it from extremepsi and i'd have it already..
 
finished installing interior and running wires @ 2 last night. Up at 8 to finish radiator repair. Took about 1 1/2 hours to reinstall fans on a mounted core. And I did a damn good job at it. On test drive, I find out that the fans don't work. Probably just do a manual override switch. Also still have a little bit of a cooling issue. temp needle went up 3/4s, but ran normal after letting her cool down and keeping heater on to help vent it I guess. iono.

Then a damn coupler popped off on me and scared the shit outta me thinking I just blew my turbo @ 12 psi... Shortly there after, I found out that I don't have reverse on a brand new clutch, 2nd gear is like trying to find a pretty woman that cooks cleans, and can tolerate a DSM. 4th is like finding a butterface with the same characteristics. And Reverse... i have no metaphor for that one
 
Exchanged my 14b for an evo 8 16g and embarrassed the hole kit, fixed the oil leak I got afterwards, fixed boost leaks. This twin scroll setup should be fun:) next thee maf has to go. gonna run a gm mas. Get rid of all the clutter. Gonna have to change to a shorty oil filter since its practically touching o2 housing currently.

Also installed my PR fmic, 1g kit on a 2g. Bumper didn't fit though:/ gotta figure that out.
 
Pressure washed engine bay and adjusted throttle cable
 
Just picked up a set of tein coil overs with the edfc, motors, and all the wiring for $275. Should help with the ride a little.

Pressed in trailing arm bushings. That's the last 2 of the 26 poly bushings this car received. Now to install 'em back in, torque the suspension and start crossing stuff off the to-do list.

Did another layer of paint for the Roll-On Rustoleum Paintjob. Looks awesome. 3 more coats, then I'm onto the roof, hood, truck, spoiler and front bumper. Exciting!!! Also ordering some new shoes for the FD RX-7 wheels today. 245-50-16's with 25mm hubcentric spacers. Should give it a nice cocky stance!
 
Bending up some stainless tube and making a bracket for the Backpressure sensor and dampener.

Cutting/Fitting oil line with pressure sensor between the turbo and in-line filter.

Cutting block off plates for riveting into front bumper aero from the corners all the way to the IC end tanks.

Riveting the diffusers into the rear bumper cover.

Painting the bezel for the hood exit dumps/exhaust

Sending out the hot parts for ceramic coating
