Installed my lc-1 wideband in the talon.... took 3 hours, don't see what all the hype is about it its a total bi*** to install compared to my UEGO on my spyder.

Also got all my stuff to go speed density and boost by gear controller for the talon as well. gonna be getting a few more things in the morning as well. :D

Didnt do this today but last night wrapped my headliner in dark grey argyle and put it back in.

Classy :applause:

How much for materials, wanting to do mine in black to add to the blacking out of my interior. Nicely done, now just find a way to dye or paint the ring that goes around the sunroof hole so it doesn't stick out so much.

Side note: Installing 15" Type R in my boy's Lexus when I get out of this digital illustration class. Gonna hook it up to my car first because I have a much larger amp pushing my two type r 10's (my alpine mrp 2000 vs his hifonics pfi1000.1) and really push it before bolting that monster down in his ride.

Pics are me sorting out a ground noise. Re-ran all of the wiring, turned out the ground wire for the mrp2000 pushing the subs needed to be relocated. I had placed it too close to the fuel pump. I thought it was because I had ran a power wire along with rca's.

Dropped $65 buck on fancy lug nuts so the Tire shop would mount new tires on my stock wheels.

BTW, does anyone else think I have the only 95 GST with stock wheels in existence?

^ I highly doubt it.

Changed brake pads all around on the VR-4 this morning.

pulled the timing belt off and starting to tear down the motor.. going to unbolt the transmission later tonight or in the morning :)

7 yrs ago I got married (had 2 kids) and abandoned my 2g. At the time I had snapped an axle while launching, and was also hit by a kamakaze deer in my door and fender prior (to snapping).

Today I fixed it! Matching door/fender from a salvage yard, and put a new driver side axle on. In addition, New battery, Oil Change, Tranny flush, valve cover gasket, drained the gas, primed the turbo, and she fired up on the first shot. Holy shiat, I couldn't believe it...

I had not started the car for over 2 yrs. I used to at least start the car every few months and let it run for a bit, but then the battery died. Next thing on the list is to get the body fixed, as it has so many dings from being a shelf.

^^ Awesome, glad to hear it didn't just become another statistic at the junkyard.

Replaced factory speakers with some pioneers and mounted 6x9s in the cargo cover! Needs baffles baaad. All my sounds in trunk and bass is in cab LOL

Started polishing my JMF Street SMIM for my build. Didn't get very far I used 1k and 2k grit and still not good enough for my taste also used aluminum polish on it and still not good enough. Anyone have suggestions let me know.

Just finished replacing the inner tie rod/rack and pinion boot and outer tie rod on the driver side... so much fun axle grease can be LOL. Guna tackle the passenger side tomorrow, what fun!

finally got my motor up on the engine stand! :hellyeah:. Pulled the cluth and pressure plates off along with the flywheel. Organized all my engine parts that i've taken out. and cleaned up my work area (finally! i know its not my car but it helps seeing a clean workspace)

let's see. . I think thats about all for today. I gotta get a 12pt socket for my head bolts so it all got put on hold until tomorrow.

took all the timing components off my 420 and got all but ONE head bolt off  so i have to spend more money for the socket-puller thingy to re-grip it :banghead:

Floored it in 3rd up to 6k, shifted to 4th somewhere around 85mph.. then I smelled 'burning'. I don't know what it is but it reminds me of what it smells like when I've done burnouts in the past.
Nothing looks obviously out of whack under the hood.:confused:

Put in fic 750cc injectors. Dropped the fuel rail spacer in the bay and took 4 hours to find. What a pain in the balls for an easy job.
