420A What are these connectors?

I have checked other threads and the ones that seem helpfull no longer have pics that work so im asking again. my brother just bought a 97 eclipse (420) with a no start/spark condition. I noticed these two connectors on the firewall and Iwant to know where they go or if something is missing?

I know the IAC on the 420A is a 4-prong connector and that other cable looks like it might go to something on the TB as well...
Heres the locations of all the cables/connectors going to the motor. (sorry if its too small, I made it just big enough so that i could read it)

IAC, and maybe the other one is cruise control?
