Since you're a 90 the first one is either MAF, IAC, or CAS.
Second one is either the stock oil pressure connector or the dummy light.

I wonder if that plug may have been for the ABS. Also, When I get off work here in about 2 hours, i will check my car and take a look at what is plugged in where.
What part of the engine bay is that located at?
I guess you don't have pics at work computer. It's the short lead off of the relay stack over on the transmission side. My car's in storage or I'd run and look but I think you're right about the ABS. I remember having a 'spare plug'.
The other wire is for either the factory oil pressure gauge or the idiot light. There should be two sensors on the OFH and two separate wires. It's hard to tell if you have lights out in your dash cluster since there's so many that don't get used but it's worth checking as well.
I've never had a 1G but about 4 inches to the right of your hand in that second picture looks to be a black plug. That may be the spot for the clip.
I beleive the larger plug goes on the throttle boty control module. That.s where mine sits anyway's. The other I beleive is the dummy light.
That is where the '90 cruise control box sits. I assume yours is removed.

.
The idle switch on a 1g is one wire to a spade connector.
Try doing a resistance test on the wires for both plugs back at the ECU?

Interesting. Thanks for correcting me. I try to stay away from the '90 throttle bodies
91 N/T TB FTW!
