Where do these connectors go?

Alright so I'm looking at my harness that was wired for a haltech e11 and msd ignition. I know where most plugs go but I'm not sure about a few. I have a 92 and the harness is from a 90 so I'm guessing some plugs will be different that I'd have to rewire. Here are some pics of what I do not know. The first 2 pics are interior wiring and the rest are engine bay.

That looks like a mess! The orange connector (3rd pic) looks like it would go to a GM style MAP sensor. The ring connectors in pic 2 would likely be a combination of battery and/or ground connections. It is anyone's guess as to where any of the wires go in pic1 or pic3 (the ones that look cut with black shrink tubing). You may want to contact the PO about where all those connections go. It is definitely not a professional job.

Here is a detailed thread about the 90 harness:

Here is a great resource for the 91-94 harness: **click on desired connector for more detail**

On a hacked harness, all bets are off.

There is a diagram of the thermostat housing (post #31) in the first link posted. In pic #4, of the three connectors in the background, the middle (one with blue seal) looks to be for an IAT sensor.

What would be the easiest way to remove the same part of the harness? It's for stuff like the ecu, injectors, tps, and ignition

Not sure what you are asking here...

I hate to tell you that you should pull the harness. Once the harness is out, spread it out. Follow any connectors you want to remove, and trace wires back to the ECU or other location. If it joins another wire, well then you are going to have to cut it.
