2G What are these 3 plug?

One with a black/blue wire is the fuel pump check connector (goes to fuel pump positive). One with a black/white and blue/red is the engine speed detection connector (goes to one of the coil primary inputs and it's power transistor output).

I’m having trouble finding the connections for them. Why would they be unplugged? Do I need them
 
They were provided for diagnostic/maintenance reasons. For example, to test the fuel pump you'd jump a wire between the blue connector and battery positive, which will energize it. They aren't normally connected to anything.
