Based off of what your saying I’m going to say it’s for vacuum.

On the far back there is probably holes for a bracket that may be missing. Lots of people are too lazy to put them back on

--> ez: one's a sensor port, one's a pressure line reference port (I don't know if this is used on the 420a or not), one's for crankcase ventilation
