Walbro 190 questions

So im going to be staring fresh from the ground up again. Well im going to be sticking with the 14b for a while until i get all, i mean all bolt ons. Im going to be doing all matinence and hacking and strippin and all that. Can i run the 190 with no problems at 20 psi on a 14b? About how many lbs min can a 190 pump support?

The walbro 190 can support around ~400 hp. Im running the 190 at 20psi now on my 14b and its fine. You'll still need bigger injectors of course at that boost level.

yeah the 190 is good to topout a 16g so you should not have any problems just make sure you do the rewire mod as shown on vfaq.com

So this is what im thinking to do with my build...
All matinence (T-belt, Bs elim, W pump, all fluids, gaskets, plugs, wires, fuel filter, ect)
Hack MAF
K&N filter
Port and polish turbo and manifold
Weight reduction, vacume line reduction
Boost leak testing
MBC, boost gauge set between 14-20
Datalogger
190 wally fuel pump
Open downpipe (Its only going to be a drag car)

Do you think i will need to get some 550's or bigger for that setup?

Rewiring the fuel pump is a great idea at any performance level.

I would get some 550's for sure.
I have an EvoIII 16G running 24 psi on a rewired 190 and 680cc, its aweosme

, nothing yet. Im getting all my mantinece done first. Should i be using a AFPR if i rewire the 190? BTW i hated tuning with the SAFC2 when i had my DSM before, but i dont have the funds right now to get the dsmlink agian.

I did it just for insurance with my car.You dont have to though. Its just nice to have.

Anything over 15-16 psi you should get bigger injectors, your datalogger will tell you. But you should get an afpr with the 190 rewired, mine is over-running the stock fpr.
