This is just a piece of mind post. Just wanting to make sure that this fuel pump kit would be a 'direct bolt-on' part.

Fuel Pump

Thanks, and sorry!

EDIT: It states it is for AWD. I thought the actual pump\the way its held in is the same. I know AWD bolts in from top, FWD bolts in from underneath. But will the pump itself be direct for my FWD.

Yes it is a complete bolt on kit :thumb:

This is the Walbro 190 l/hr intank fuel pump for all 1st gen AWD Talon and Eclipse cars.
This pump is designed to support mild performance and stock replacment applications
yet remains a bolt-in unit

I read that. But as you just quoted. it says for all 1st gen AWD.....What I'm wanting to know is will this work for my FWD laser?

I almost did the same mistake. Was going to purchase a Walbro 190lhp fuel pump for a 1G AWD. I thought it'd bolt-on the same way, but then I realized there are two versions... One for AWD, and another for FWD.

and:
Mitsubishi Eclipse / Talon / DSM 1990-1994 FWD 190lph Fuel Pump

Both are at very comptetitive prices, way better than getting it from ebay.

I'm still unsure as to which of these buy, depends on how much the shipping for Puerto Rico is.
