Not sure what is going on. It's idling high like there is a vacuum leak, but I couldn't find one. One of my lifters has a slight tick, could this be a knock sensor issue?

WEll thats the first step out of the way at least..The exhaust issues need to be fixed next , and then after you get that, we can move on.
