VHT Nite Shades [Merged 8-7] tint tinted smoked painted tails taillight taillights

I painted my center peice the same color as my car, but did it a little differently than most. I painted the center peice before I took the lettering off, then when the paint was a little tacky I peeled the leters off using a shart knife. It left the "eclispe" written in the brake light color.

Just thought I'd throw out another idea to you... but if I did it again, Id use a porche badge.


PS: Yeah, I know my cars dirty. The paint on the center peice matches the exterior perfectly, when clean

Yeah, I love how that looks, I was thinking of doing that but don't know why I ended up not. So now mine is just all green, painted to match.

Does anyone have a picture of a 2g talon that is white with blacked out rear tail lights i was thinking of doing this to my car with nightsshade and maybe even shave off the TALON on the back of it I think it would look cool but i wanna try and find a picture first.

ask the guys in that deal with photoshop, personally shaved emblems, shaved anything looks good IMOP, Black out covers could only help i have a set of black out covers for my 1g eclipse that i had on befor i got aftermarket lights, i thought they where alright, didn't use the center piece tho.

Actually the front tires on the 18's are bald, and i wasn't willing to race on bald tires...

the tires are $200/each so i won't be replacing them soon

Can anyone tell me if clear/smoked tailights are still made and by who. Or why they don't still make them...they seem really popular. I am currently bidding and winning one on e-bay. Its the second one i have bid on. The first one went for quite a bit. and this one seems to be doing the same. Just curious what you all think...

I thought they were just custom made from the stock tails? i didn't know there was an actual company that made them.
