If you would have had all your lights professionally smoked it would have looked alot better than those covers. Those covers all big and bulbas. Looks good blacked out, but could look alot better.

Plus I just really....really hate Mach V

I like the front covers, though I think the lights look a little better in the first picture PIMking posted. The rears do look a little bulbus. Maybe it's the reflection though.

I used the VHT night shades on mine and put clear over top of that wet sanded then buffed it out and it came out great have plenty of people ask me if they are covers. It only cost 15 dollars total and i think it looks real good on my car.

Anyone else have pictures of using VHT on the inside of the taillight. Thats looked the best to me. And looks like a stock dark.

Going to get some VHT for the tails, and test it on the inside of these then when i get my stocks ordered i will see which way to go with those. But here is my center section painted P88 cayenne red.

i just did mine too. ive read on here people complaining on how dull it looks but youll be surprised how glossy it is IF you do it right

vht paint is the cheap way to do it or u could just take it to a paint shop and have them thin the paint enough to spray over the tailights

When I bought my car it came with the carbon fiber altezzas, and i was wandering if VHT Nightshades would cover it enough and still allow brake light through?

i have mines Nite Shaded.. as you can see in my avatar.... at nite its fine and looks great.. and sprayed like 10 coats of clear so.. very very glossy best way for the money to go... i dont have time and money to have my lights professionally painted :/

the best way to tint your tail lights is to remove them and spray a clear/paint mix at 3 to 1 (3 parts clear to 1 part black paint [paint already reduced as well]) thatll apply a nice even tint already mixed in the clear shoot it about 2 to 3 times just to give yourself some room for wet sanding if needed. if you dont have the materials to do it yourself bring your tail lights to a local body shop and theyll probably do it for around 100 bucks i know my shop would

Although i agree with you, 90% of the members here are cheap asses, and would rather spend the $10 on a rattle can of nite shades than $100 on having them done. Your way will turn out better though, and will probably last longer too.
