Hey 4x4, i have the same exact color car as you, i know you got it done at the shop so they matched your paint but does anyone know where i can get the color to match my car. Dealer only has touch ups and no auto shops have the metallic pearl grey color, and i've also searched online NO LUCK..

ANY HELP WOULD BE GREATTTT....

I believe the ONLY place you be able to get it done at is at a body / paint shop. Just give your paint code located in the engine bay on the firewall , passenger side.

Cool My cars gonna look exactly like that.Doing talon to eclipse conversion.Got Carbon tails,and Im gonna paint the Center Piece black to match my car.Looks good,hey thanks for that pic.Now I know what its gonna look like.Im a bodyshop prepper so Im gonna do all the prepping myself,Its not hard to do at all just sand it down.Try to use a lighter grit sand paper,Maybe 800 grit.You dont want to leave too deep of sand scratches because it will show right through the paint and look terrible.

I took mine completely apart to cover mine in carbon fiber. I probally would have painted it...but carbon fiber is my "theme". Cost me about $60 and time.....or you get get it done for around $125-30 shaved or unshaved keyhole.

is it easy to wrap it in vinyl without getting all the little bubbles?

vinyl is no good, doesnt have the shine of a clear coat, and after a while it will need to be replaced like every other vinyl that can get the weather abuse

I plan to have my car a dark blue later on, but will tinted tails look bad on my color? When I paint the car I will paint the center to match, but for now I was thinking about tinting them all black/ If I do it should it be really light, or really dark?

One thing is, my right side tail is chipping on the inside at the botem, wont the tint cover this up?

Thanks for the oppinion. They look awesome on black- and I have seen them on white and liked that aswell. But I had no clue if it would clash w/ my color

I have a co-worker with a green integra and tinted tail lights, it looked pretty cool except that you can tell where he oversprayed (little drips) when you get up close. His tint was really dark, and his green looks a little darker than yours. I'm not really a fan of tinted tails, but they honestly didn't look that bad on his car. Oh yeah, his windows were tinted too, that might have also been a factor in my opinion on his car. The windows and the tails matched, maybe that's what made it look okay. Isn't it illegal to have tinted tail lights though?
