Vband turbo setup

Hey guys Blaine from Bullseye Power.. Ive been working on a Vband setup for my 1g Bracket car.. This is what I have so far.. Our own stainless cast manifold with a vband outlet into our s200 stainless turbine housing with a vband inlet..The turbo is a billet S259.. The "o2 housing" IS TIG welded directly onto the housings outlet.. Unfortunately I found that mig welding the o2 bung with flux core will cause little bits of weld to fly everywhere.. but it serves its purpose for now.. At the bottom of the o2 is another vband into what will be a 3" dp... As far as the oil drain goes I found the stock cummins oil return line with very little modification works very nice.. There also is plenty of room for the oil filter and alt to stay in the stock location and be removed with no issues.. As i get more time to work on this thing I will drill the wastegate provision and weld a vband flange to house our new BEP 45MM Wastegate.. Time is obiously something we all wish we had more of..

looking at that second pic makes me wonder if you can fit a oil line on that fitting you have there with that v-band in the way.

actually this all fits very well in the engine bay. the oil return is a very nice unit as well. good job blaine
