I have been thinking about making a stainless downpipe/o2. My current one was mig welded and is cracked now. The exhaust is completely custom fitted up. So I had some questions regarding angles and stuff. When you guys are making pie cuts, at what degree are you using in order to make fit. I know the common ones are the 15 and 9 degree per piece of pie. I have about 2.75in from my vband on the turbo to the dipstick. If I clear the dipstick, then comes the alternator. So what are you guys doing as far as cut angle or tricks you use to ensure fitment? I have tried a stainless bros tight bent 90 and will not fit.
