Thanks, I run a haltech stand alone that's speed density so i have no way to measure airflow but by doing the math of AFR, injector pulse width and size of injectors as well as fuel pressure etc... (basically a really rough rough way to estimate it) I am coming up with basically that i shuold be pushing about 540hp
I'm at 100% IDC at 12.8:1 AFR on 1000cc injectors with 43psi base pressure (dual modded wally 255hp's running parralell) that should be 540 on a safe estimate (if i'm doing the math wrong some one please correct me) but i'm trying to error on the low side of the HP figure as to not be one to inflate my figures
This is at 31psi (i have been running it at 33'ish) but i've been carefully tweaking the tune to where i'm just barely using 100% duty cycle.. I want, no make that NEEEEED some 1450's or 1600's bad now
... I pulled my MSD box, and will sell my denso 720's and these FIC 1000's to fund more upgrades to support the flow from this turbo.. talk about being "bit by the bug", this is more like main lining heroin. I mean it's not the power but the wicked top end and super linear pull compared to the smaller snails i've ran where you hit early and can feel the power drop off before your shift.. I don't even really have the valve train or cams to support 9k RPM but i'm shifting at 8500 - 8800 and never feel a sign of power falling off
