For those of ytou using nitrous to spool these size blowers what shot are you using? I upped my jetting to a 75 shot today and although it was notable it still seems to suck, i'm not sure if i have debris in my n20 line or what ( i need to check today) but with a 75 shot (which don't feel; like 75 hp) spool was still pretty damn slow (although AFR"s were in the 10's with the juice on)

I'm just wondering what it takes to make this thing hit almost instantly like i could do with my 57?

Update: Made major Improvements

Well I figured out a lot of issues during some maintenance/inspection after the first round of test pulls today.

!.) My nitrous filter at the solenoid (built into -4an fitting) was clogged causing the nitrous to be limited to about a 40-50 shot at best

2.) The suggested E85/n20 jetting i found on the web was severely off in my situation.. I was going mid 10's for AFR causing a miss as well as general sluggishness when the laughing gas was flowing.

3.) Degreed my cams in and de-creased overlap from the "0 setting" of the cams..this made major improvements. The spool felt better than it previousely did on the juice, and the power made major gains as well.

4.) Noticed some smoke clouds on the 2-3 shift and sometimes once i was really haulin ass in 3rd. SO i hooked a pressure gauge to the head where i'm feeding the DBB turbo.. Found i have about 5psi at idle (warm) and no more than 35 at 8500 RPM, along with the PTE restrictor the BB turbo should be plenty happy (and to my content i found the smoke was NOT from the turbo, but from the dipstick shooting it on manifold under high pressure)

All In All: turbo is spooling up much sooner, car feels much more alive off the nitrous and actually gets out of it's own way in a pleasing manner :) I still need to lean the fuel jet out on the wet shot a little as it's still in the mid 11's and missing (you can hear the car get fat as soon as the shot comes on) The car is pulling to 8k RPM (shift point) very easily, the power falls off about 7500 but just to get back in a better RPM range after the shift i take it a little further on the 2-3 and 3-4 shifts

Future things to come still: I still plan to get a better intake setup as i'm drawing my air pretty much from right behind the radiator, but i need more 4" AL pipe to complete this. I also want to bring the nitrous shot up another level (maybe a 100 shot) and only active before the 2-3 shift and after it, turning off when i hitn 26 psi (bottle lasts a long time this way :D ) And last of all i wantto turn the boost up a little more and get bbigger injectors so i have the fuel to do so :D

I also think i want to ditch the tiny little HKS SSQV BOV and go back to my big immitation Tial unit to help the turbo keep wheel RPM up a little higher between shifts, but then again if i didn't granny shift it wouldn't matter but I have to take care of my things as i'm on a tight budget these days
