Zero your fuel and timing sliders and watch this demo video ---> ECMLink Tuning Demo: Fuel Trim

That knock is obviously PK (phantom knock) because you aren't even going anywhere, just sitting in a driveway revving your engine isn't tuning the car. A few things can cause PK but most of the time its just a loose knock sensor (torque spec is 17 ft/lbs), if it feels tight though it might be bad so try replacing it.

I couldnt put my cruise log up but seems like most of the time its in the same place ill cut the log down and let you take a look at

First off, Corey really knows his stuff so pay attention. Second, forget about cruise logs or WOT logs until you get your idle set up right, .25 AirFlowPerRev and 0% CombindedFT's.

Make sure the knock senor is tight and also check it for goo. If you need a new knock sensor (good chance) the 1g knock sensor is part # MD141510.

That does seem to be phantom knock. Im running v3 Speed density and whenever the car doesnt have load on it grabs knock when i rev it up quickly. I usually set my knock sensor to activate at 3000rpm and 50% throttle. I dont know if it would help or not with the phantom knock, but your fuel timing and VE tables seems like they need some smoothing out. The values are jumping a little to quickly for my liking. Post on ecmlink's forums they provide great info and are always willing to help. Other then that post a cruise log so we can see things underload.

theres a compressed cruise log thanks for all your help I have my knock settings at 3k and 40% throttle

Put a new knock sensor in old one was loose so just bought a new one. What a difference! thanks for your help
