Next month I'm planning on replacing my piston rings because my compression has dropped and it is the rings going bad (not a head gasket or valves). I was building a list of parts to get on ExtremePSI and the part # for standard size OEM rings is MD140923 (found here: https://www.extremepsi.com/store/product.php?productid=19936). I don't want to be spending $183 for a set of OEM rings so I went to a local import parts supplier I've done business with in the past. They ran that part # which turned out to be 1/2 the price, but also gave me another part #, MD144245, for cheaper, and said it supersedes the number I got from ExtremePSI. Has anyone used these other rings and know if they are indeed 6-bolt rings?

MD144245 are indeed 6-bolt standard size OEM rings. But they are for the NT 6-bolt.

MD140923 is the one and only OEM part number for the turbo 6-bolt standard size rings.
