Tried searching but didn't find the answer. Help!!

So here is the problem guys, like an idiot yesterday is was trying to remove my o2 sensor and forgot to disconnect the battery and my wrench hit the hot terminal of the alternator. It blew the 100 amp ALT fuse and my blower doesn't work and my windows won't go up and down. Also if i turn the headlights on, they stay on after i turn the switch off unless i disconnect the battery or pull the fuse. So i replace the fuse and everything is great, my wife takes it to work and when she leaves from work, the same things are happening only this time the fuse isn't blown. I removed the battery and even disconnected the alternator to see if that might help. But my windows won't roll up or down and the blower still doesn't work. I have checked all the fuses/relays i can find and all are good. Also, the e-brake light and battery light are staying lit up on the dash, not fully on but you can tell they are lit up. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

It's the big 80amp fuse located in the engine compartment in the fuse box by the battery, replace it. Happened to me in my 1g, not sure if you have the same fuse in the 2g. Did you check the fuses on the battery post?

Make a list of components that does not work, so you can narrow down the main problem. I can pull up wiring diagrams and post it for you, let me know which ones you need. If you have checked ALL the fuses then it's time to move onto wiring, possible short somewhere (usually in the area where you were working on, just think of what other wires you hit while working on the car), I'll also check the fusible links coming out of the alternator.
