Trading CT26 Turbo for injectors.

Should I trade a used CT26 Turbo (With slight shaft play.) for 450cc injectors? I posted it on my local Craigslist. Sadly I have ran into a bind. Where I don't feel 450cc injectors are worth it. Someone please tell me I'm not ripping myself or someone else off!

Even so, the 450's aren't a worthwhile upgrade. The 390's are fine for the 13g, and you're at ~43psi base pressure vs ~37psi for the 1g manual cars, so your 390s flow about the same as the 450s on 1g manual cars. If you go 14b or 16g 450's aren't really going to be enough anyway (for more than like 15psi), so the 450's don't really have a place in your upgrade path.

You can pick up a set of 450cc injectors used for $50 or less.

But you're still going to need some way tune and adjust for the larger injectors.

What are you ever going to do with the ct26? Trade it and sell the 450's to a honda guy for $80.

True but the closest Honda guy to me is a joke, I beat him in my Miata (With a blown head gasket.). And my Miata only had a Jackson Racing Ram-Air, Chipped ECU, LSD Rear, Header and exhaust from the header back. Just full N/A.

And I live closer to a farm than a mechanic shop. >.<
