So I took the car to the track today and during the first run something popped under the hood and there was coolant everywhere.Bottom radiator hose popped off and so did the BOV recirculation tube.Put those back together and realized all the coolant was pouring out by the oil cooler and the pulleys when I went to add some more.Turns out something went through the timing cover and check out the shavings on the cam gears.
Water pump Oring maybe? What would cause it to blow?It seemed to run a little warmer on the gauge but didn't thing much of it.

With the damage to the timing cover I would wager something catastrophic happened to your water pump. At 120k miles on my car the aisin pump possibly original, was wearing the impeller blade into the actual housing the blade sits in. Mine was showing no signs of wear or failure, just happened to examine my old one when doing the timing belt

So my guess is the pump sheared a blade, sent it into your system and the second blade sheared as well then the third punctured the water pump case itself and exploded the remaining fins out of the pump

You most likely also have a damaged timing belt as well now

^That sounds possible, since everything is OE and 8kish miles, you think a blade could have let go from red lining the car with a flow restriction in the cooling system?I noticed a week ago the car would run slightly warmer but I just thought it was from removing the fan and shroud from the driver's side.

Head gasket blew out ,blowing out the metal shield that covered the head/block junction, belt looks intact.
