2G Timing Side Oil Leak

I just finished trying to fix an oil leak on my timing side this weekend. And I cleaned it up re-tighten everything on the front case to spec and left the front seal on as it look like it wasn't leaking.

Upon driving it around the Tensioner Pulley gathered oil. I mean more then I thought it would. I even took of the crank sprocket to see if it was leaking and it looked dry. The backside of the sprocket was completely dry which surprised me.

There's no oil galley on the tensioner I thought? On the auto tensioner yes but I am completely lost on how that much oil accumulates on the tensioner and not a smidge on the idler pulley.

Was this leaking before? Oil leaks should be obvious if the front of the motor is clean. Are you sure this isn't risidual oil that was previously leaked onto the tensioner pulley? If you find that to be the case do not wash it as you won't be able to repack it. Get a new pulley. I've seen them fail first hand.

When I cleaned it last time there was a lot oil stuck inside of the tensioner. I cleaned it up and there was a lot of oil again yet none gathered inside the idler pulley.

Again it could be residual oil and having the timing belt sling oil everywhere doesn't help.
