man thats cake haha if i lived close all id want is some beer!!!:p:hellyeah: hahaha but where u start is the number one cylinder! on the timming side. #2 take the spark plug out and get a long screw driver and get her to top dead center...pretty much just spin the motor until u reach the highest point on cylinder one!! #3 get the head in time there are a number of ways to do this....i put the blet on the cams and get it all in line. both cam gear douwls up. and get little vice grips to hold the belt on. #4 just get the belt on the crank pulley and the lower balance shaft! make sure to get all the slack out of the belt then at this point get the tensioner on and bolted up. once you feel everything is lined up right make sure all your marks are on point!! #5 get a spanner wrench and tighten up the tensioner pulley tight!! LOL and then!!!! PULL THE PIN haha chack your marks again before you even turn over the motor. # 6 give her about a minute or 2 and then spin the motor over about 5-6 times. and check all your timming marks again. make sure all the points are lined up and head is still in time. and you should be good :thumb::D

or yeah just read that other post :thumb:

ok thanks man now i remember o forgot to add the balance shafts are removed but ya still the same thanks bro but if you ever in town hit me up i'll buy a case...LOL:hellyeah:
