Timing Issue?

The other day I was driving home and one of my spark plug wires was cut in the timing belt (sucked in the gear) and snapped. I left the car over night in a parking lot and the next day bought some plugs and dropped them in. The same problem has occured of terrible idle around 500-600 RPM and the vacuum is about 10 lbs. I drove the car home so it did run but major problems. I have replaced the plugs and wires and still no change. Could this be a timing issue or something worse?

I would verify timing since it cut a spark plug wire and half. Did you gap the plugs correctly and verify wires are tightly connected?

Yes I ordered some NGK spark plugs that are platinums but before all of this happened the car was running platinums and ran just fine. The wires are connected correctly and are on all the way. I gapped them to .28

Huh, that must be what that easily removable timing belt cover is for, at least one reason, another would be to keep things from interfering with timing components
It should be pretty easy to verify the cam marks are at least lined up without the cover on, check that for starters

When I bought it it didnt come with one
Im not sure about timing so I took a picture if it helps

I have narrowed down my problems.
1) I check my timing and indeed it is correct.
2) We did a spark check and there was no spark in cylinders 1, 4
3) I ordered a coil pack and yet still no spark in cylinders 1, 4

Im not sure what the problem could be. Any ideas?
