In your opinion, what do you think would be an ideal build for a Time Attack 4G63 car

2.4 Long Rod
100mm crank
Wiseco HD pistons
MAP's 156mm rods

or would you go lighter with
H-Beam K1 light weight rods
Mahle or other lighter pistons
or maybe even lower CC

The turbo I am thinking of is a GT3076 .82 Divided or FP3052
I am thinking for atleast 400hp on a DJ

other mods I have are also the Kelford 272's , dual valve springs , 2g head , KU Engineering Intake , Evo3 gearbox transfer and rear , only wondering what turbo and engine should i get

Time attack you will need both torque and some top end power, which is contradicting itself. I have seen 2.3 strokers rev to 8300, which is fine for time attack. never seen a 2.4 run yet. Im building a time attack car as well, im using a 4G64/4G63T hybrid and hoping it will do what I need. a GT3076 is a great turbo, rated for about 550HP. Buy the ball bearing 3076 and using a 2.4 engine you will have an extremely responsive car, but it will have lots of torque, so better put in an front LSD. Also replace oil pump with a brand new one. Oil starvation kills 4G63T engines. Hope this helps
