throttle problem

ok so i just installed a small16g turbo a AFPR and 255LPh fuel pump set the psi to 43.5 with vacume unhooked and blocked and now when i hit the gas full throotle at 2500 rpm is stuters and car has problem with intial startup when its cold
could i have hooked something up wrong? thanks ahead of time to all

the 143 temp is on stmtuned under the cooling section MISHIMOTO | 95-99 DSM | 143° RACING THERMOSTAT | MMTS-ECL-95T

greddy wrote back to me and said they would never send a greddy knockoff blow off valve and that i should get a refund when i specificaly said in the email i bought it off greddy.com directly from them

Do you have any proof like a paypal receipt or account on Greddy? Send them pictures of it maybe they designed a different one at one time?
