so I have a 95 gsx and my problem is that when I adjust my throttle cable so that my throttle opens fully my throttle won't close all the way and if I adjust it so that it'll close all the way it won't open fully any ideas on how to deal with this or is it better to just adjust it so it'll open fully and adjust my idle and tps to compensate for the not quite closed position.
