low throttle problem

A week ago my car started to bog,sputter on low throttle. When i give gas to 3k rpm's ,it feels like the car is running on 3 cyl. After i pass a 3k mark ,the problem disapears.And the rpms goes kinda slowly to 3k rpm mark.

so far i did :
fixed boost leaks
changed wires/plugs (ngk gapped to .28)
changed fuel filter
changed vac lines to silicone ones.
checked timing marks (good)
compression 154 accross the board
checked base timing (good)
Got wally 255 fp,fic 650 inj,upgraded fuel lines to ss ones.
Tps reads 0.63v at idle,5v at wot.

i got the same problem to just started happening today, im thinking maybe something with ignition. did your wideband read super rich when it was bogging down

well i forgot to mention,that my wideband shows lean (round 15.3 15.5afr) but i smell gas out of the tailpipe ,its so strong ,that if ill stay next to my tailpipe,the tears will start rolling from the eyes...... I got alot of carbon buildup in my tailpipe...

well its getting worse and worse every day.... could it be bad coil pack/power transistor? alternator is new,and the whole power wires are new. (did new wiring when i relocated battery to the trunk). Got an exhaust leak at the test pipe flange,but that leak got nothing to do with the wideband sensor... I tied to run more fuel.Made the base fuel pressure up to 50psi. It helped a bit but still the car was sputtering. So i lowered to 43.5psi and now i barely can drive. WTF
