im just thinking about new wheels. but for those rims and tires i would say not to sell them for less than $2500
those tires them selves are about 1k for all 4
and those rims new are about 3k new
Actually quite a few people run them. I run one on my 2G and we also run one on our 4G63 dragster.

Looking good man. I'm confused though you have like pictures of two different engines which one is the engine your actually gonna be running?
A gt45/7r sized turbo on a auto should not need any spray to get into the 8's if tuned right. You can build boost off the line and keep it the whole way and the turbo flows plenty to reach your goal. The juice would just complicate things like with the previous owner.
