Yeah this was done at my home track in salt lake city. Jakes car is amazing, he also broke the 4cyl record at this track which was 9.80 done by a honda. I am intrested to see him take it back to his home track where its lower elevation and see if he can squeeze out some 8 second passes.

Thanks for the kind words guys! We had a blast down there. We thought the car was going to run like crap over there considering the elavation over there is 4200+ft. and it was 100 degrees out. I wanted a 9.2x pass over there and to beat WOTM supra and we did just that! Again thanks for the props guys, hope we can get the car back out to my local track at lower elavation and see if we can crack a 8sec pass out of this 2900lb beast!

The run posted on here the supras turbo actually failed that is why such a large gap in the win. That was not the first time they raced though, Jake beat him earlier also and the supra did not break. His mph was 158 on the 9.20 pass I beleive. I read on the local board his freeze plug blew out and caused him a few mph.

Not really. I meant this may me the fastest dsm to compete in ANY street class event including IDRC, NDRA, NHRA, and BOTI, not just at that track. You guys may not keep up as much with event records like we do on the east coast because there arnt as many events held in the mid west. Only car I THINK went faster was Mike Reichen, but I cant confirm this. Can anyone chime in?
